You need to look at the configure.php files again ...
Both the secure and non-secure much match ...
If your secure is for downlightcoversdirect.ie then you want to use for the secure:
https://downlightcoversdirect.ie
and for the non-secure to use:
http://downlightcoversdirect.ie
This should be done in both:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php
