One last thing, the Cert is issued to: downlightcoversdirect.ie

Make sure to adjust your 2 config files to not include / use the 'www' in your Domain name; else you still get the same error msg.

That was an error in purchasing on my part, I've already amended the config files and all is well - Thanks

You need to look at the configure.php files again ...

Both the secure and non-secure much match ...

If your secure is for downlightcoversdirect.ie then you want to use for the secure:
    https://downlightcoversdirect.ie

and for the non-secure to use:
    http://downlightcoversdirect.ie

This should be done in both:
    /includes/configure.php
    /admin/includes/configure.php

That can be easily sorted, but I'm curious as to why. It seems to be working fine at present using the combination of "http://www.down...." and "https://down...."
Should they match for technical reasons or is it simply best practice to do so?

If they don't match, then you are likely to have problems with customers getting logged out unexpectedly.
