zero dollar checkout problem caused by store credit mod

Yes, It seems that error is being created by the addons. in this case, its the store credit mod with combination of other mods.

I tested a clean install of Zencart and this error didnt exist in the test run.

On a brand new clean uncustomized install without any addons, I can't seem to replicate the "bug" you claim exists.
What exact steps should I be following to recreate the problem, using a brand new clean uncustomized install of Zen Cart?

When I have a coupon of any percent discount, the amount of the order transfers to Paypal as zero. When I remove the coupon options, the amount transfers correctly to Paypal. Any Ideas.
