Unless you are on a decated server this is by your hostIf that was the case, where would I look to fix that?
But the time required for even a modest sized file at dial up speed will be way more than they will allow in a shared account

I know how to make it open in a new window in html, but not sure how or where to change that in php.
I have emailed my host about timing out, and will see what they say.
I have an email from them when I got my SSL that the installation of a dedicated IP address was add to be able to have the SSL.
