Question about forwarding product links.

Hi guys.

I need to start my Zen Cart shop again.

I have more then 2000 products.

A link to my product consist of: product-name-p-2000.html for example.

I need to delete all my products and add them again, but if I do this they will get different product ID and the links to the products will be different.

This is a problem for me because many of my products are well indexed in Google.

Any advises on how to deal with this?

If I can forward product-name-p-2000.html to product-name-p-anyID.html ?

Or anything else will be useful for me!

I am using a product feed with over 2200 products now.

In my store I have 2600 from 1900 actually active...

That feed do not delete the sold out products and now I have too many refunds which is "no good" :)

WQrite a routine to delete them or maybe better to turn them off if they maybe restocked later

What are you using to insert the feed?
