Admin Activity Log Marked as Crashed?

Tried to Login in my admin and the page displays this:

145 Table './spokanee_root/admin_activity_log' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
in:
[insert into admin_activity_log (access_date, admin_id, page_accessed, page_parameters, ip_address) values (now(), '0', 'login.php ', '', '67.185.228.253')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

No....Just use your hosts account manager tools for mysql to repair the db

Okay, so I backed up and did repair table on my cpanel in the sql panel.

It said the same errors for that line, but everything else checked out okay.

So I did the Check table and for the sames line it said "Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `admin_activity_log`" to fix it!"


Any help? Sorry for being soo noobish. :)

Have you upgraded the cart recently?
If so, that would have been information you should have provided

No I have not. Would that probably be the be all to fix all?

Always backup first just in case

Using your cpanel > phpmyadmin > select your shop DB

Check if there is a prefix for your tables and if so edit the two highlighted lined adding the prefix

Run it in the sql tab in phpmyadmin

This table just logs admin activity and is cleared when it becomes full through your admin
So you are only losing the history of admin activity
