Hi, I've been searching but I can't seem to find the correct solution!

Where can I find the file to arrange my page layout to

Neat with the boxes info care, free delivery, returns
and the position of the shopping bag.

It's your product info page, not your product listing page, that you want to change. The site you show is totally customized or custom-built; doing that in Zen Cart will require good knowledge of PHP as well as HTML and CSS. For starters, you would move code blocks around in /includes/templates/your_template/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php. There are various mods in Free Addons that will do some of the things you want.
