shipping zones help required

Hi, I need help to set up my store shipping options.

I want zen cart to automatically add the right shipping cost/free shipping without the customer having to pick which option they require.

I would rather have seperate flat rates for the UK, USA and canada, europe, and rest of world. With free shipping on order over £50 (uk only).

Can anyone help me do this please?

For Free Shipping to the UK on orders over $50.00 ... go to the Modules ... Order Total ... Shipping ot_shipping and set the Enable to True and the Amount to 50.00 then set to National ...

For the separate Flat Rates to these 4 settings, edit the file:
/includes/modules/shipping/zones.php

and change the number of zones to 4 by changing the line:

      $this->num_zones = 3;

to read:

      $this->num_zones = 4;

then install the Zone Rate zones shipping module in the Modules ... Shipping ...

Set the first Zone to:
US
10000:XX.XX

the second Zone to:
CA
10000:XX.XX

the third Zone to:
UK
10000:XX.XX

and the fourth Zone to:
00
10000:XX.XX

where the XX.XX is the Flat Rate for each Zone ... the 4th Zone that is set to: 00 means any country not already defined ...

Now, the right flat rate will be applied for everyone and when the Order is over $50.00 for only the UK, the Zone Rate will turn off and Free Shipping will show ...
