Hi all,

First off, thanks in advance to anyone who can help me on this, I sincerely appreciate any help I can get...

I'm using Easy Populate 1.2.5.7.csv with Zen Cart v1.3.9f and when I'm in the TOOLS/EASY POPULATE page and try to either download or create any of the file options I get this error:


can’t open the page “http://www.worthingtongalleries.com/...m&dltype=full” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.


Can anyone shed some light on what might be wrong? I haven't tried to reinstall Easy Populate, do you think that might be the issue?
