    Default Updating Stock

    Please can someone help me out, I've finally started selling a year down the line from the time I got the website, I had actually forgotten about it until I got emails telling me about the sales I'd made, I tried to update stock to make sure the items on the web were still available but it keeps telling me connection failed and doesn't update, it sends me back to admin, I have contacted support but they keep sending me tickets and when I try to logon to see the progress I get the message that I have no right to access the page, this is getting really frustrating, on top of that, I haven't got my supplier details and support are taking their time sending me this information, I really need to know whether there is anything I can do with regards to updating stock from Admin at this point.

    We need to know what version of Zencart, at least. If you haven't thought about the site for that long, it's possible the site has been hacked. Do you have FTP access to the files ?

    Hi and thanks for responding, I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a

    I have access to my files I take it that is the control panel?

    The money has gone into my paypal account and has been there for a week, I just need to hear back from support with regards to supplier accounts if they don't get back to me I will refund the customers and probably put the site on maintainance until I resolve the issues...
