Hi there
I'm new to zencart as I guess you hear a lotand I have been reading your forums for a few of weeks now but have finally hit a problem I can't find a solution to. I have been building a new shop [first time] and would like to make this alteration.
when a customer clicks on the cart icon with no products in the cart it shows "your cart is empty" message now I can remove this but I want to replace this with an html header contained in an ez page similar to the ones used in other areas of my site and instead of having new products [or any products] display below I intend to have banners for each section of the categories. my initial problem is getting an ez page to replace the "CART IS EMPTY" text I know this is going to be a hack in the php code but I can't even find where to look
I've been through the developer tool kit section in admin but the phrase appears in so many pages I don't know which to start on.
any help on this would be very much appreciated I have looked through the forum and searched google but have not found any other posts in relation to this
I am using the latest build: v1.3.9f
and a free template Designed by 12leaves.com
the site is here but is not live yet so the home link does not work

I don't know how to do this. below is the else part of the if statement and it shows css id and a call to write the message defined in text_cart_empty which is defined in my template override
in doing this I have not used the override I tried making a folder using the path
