Purchased template from Template Monster ... need help.

Hi everybody,

I've recently purchased a template from TemplateMonster.com and am having problems getting the banner images on the main page up and running.

According to TemplateMonster I have to upload ZENCART_SHORT.SQL to my website.

The designer says :

"Please open PHPmyAdmin to manage your database (contact your hosting if you don't know where to find it). Choose your database and choose "Import" tab at the top. Then import the database dump, info about modules positions, images, etc will be added to your database and make the site look exactly like you see it at our site."

I know which database it is except I get this error when I try to upload it :

"Error
SQL query:
UPDATE configuration SET configuration_value = '1' WHERE configuration_key = 'SHOW_PRODUCT_INFO_MAIN_FEATURED_PRODUCTS';
MySQL said: Documentation
#1146 - Table 'dragoni_zc6.configuration' doesn't exist"

Any help to get this test site working properly before using this template on my main site would be greatly appreciated.

Yep..........typical TM, alright. Okay, are you using the exact same images that they have on the template demo?.......big Nike, and the little Nike?

Do you have those already inserted into 2 separate banners in Admin>Tools>Banner Manager?

If so, what are they called? Theirs looks like banner1 and banner2.

Looks like they created a new banner group position. That should be Banner Display Groups - Header Position 4, and you should find that in Admin>Configuration>Layout Settings.

So, if the above names are correct for your banners, then in
Banner Display Groups - Header Position 3, you would edit that to read banner1

Then in Banner Display Groups - Header Position 4, you would edit that to be banner2.

Do your database tables have prefixes? If so, you would have one resembling 'dragoni_zc6.zen_configuration' and not 'dragoni_zc6.configuration'.
Using the ZC admin > Tools > Insert SQL Patches page, you can cut & paste SQL queries in and Zen Cart will automatically apply the prefix if one exists.
