gateways? fractional quantities?

Hi I have not yet installed ZenCart, I have a couple of questions before I do. I hope I am OK posting here!
1. Is the system compatible with the SecureHosting Gateway, I already have an account with them
2. I have a farm and need to sell fractional quantities, eg 1.4KG at £2.50 per KG, is this possible, I have been looking at VirtueMart and it won't do this.
