    Default address missing from invoice after upgrade

    I did the upgrade to 1.3.9h on two sites. One is working fine but the other is missing the address fields on the invoice. All that displays is one comma. The phone and email are there - just the address is missing.

    I checked the db and they are in there, just not displaying. I tried replacing the suggested tables in the database, restoring from a backup, even reinstalling and importing the data into a new database and new install without the template. Still no address. Yet the other site that I upgraded exactly the same way at the same time from the same levels is working fine. I am truly at a loss for why it's doing this.

    Can someone suggest something else to try? I think I've tried the suggestions in the forum and it's still not working. Thanks in advance.

    Between the two sites, what are the differences in the records in the address_format tables? There should be 6 records in there.

    Also, what changes have you made to how countries are treated? Have you deleted several countries from your database for some reason?

    Actually the cart that's working has 5 items in there, the cart that is not has 6. I recently set up payment processing to include Canada - I did it similar to the other cart (it has processing for several countries) except that it's just Canada. Do you think that might be it? Where should I look for differences besides shipping? Yes, I saw those threads but the solutions didn't help me.

    Does this happen for *every* address, regardless of country? Or is it isolated to just certain countries?

    It appears to be every US address. So far they haven't had any Canadian orders but the cart seems to be seeing the Canadian shipping costs properly if you check shipping and say you're from Canada.

    I went through settings to compare them one by one and other than a few things that I knew need to be different everything was the same. The working site has some countries missing, it's the broken site that has them all!

    Also, the only other difference I could find is in the working site is it's missing the option for "detailed line items in cart" and that item is there in the broken cart and says "no". I'm not sure if this is even matters.
