Hello All,
I have installed the PayPal Express checkout on a new site (Version 1.39h) and all the criterias have been set, i.e. API username, password and signature. However, when checking out with PayPal Express I first get a blank page and upon refreshing the page I get the following message alert....
"We were not able to process your order. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance."
I have searched all the discussions and can not find an answer to this problem. Is there anything I am missing?
As a matter of reference I have done the same exact thing on a different website a while back using version 1.38 and it is working fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
