Hi,
Is it normal that the "Thank you for your order!" e-mail to the customer does not show the ordered product or is that a setting I missed somewhere?
Thanks,
esebm

The email to the customer, after completing an order, contains a detailed Order with Billing and shipping address and the detailed Product information, quantities and prices ...

Well, I have attached of the screenshot of the e-mail order confirmation.
I don't see product info or quantity.
I have no idea what to tell you ...
I go to your site and depending on how I navigate ... one minute I have 1 check out the next another checkout and it is like I am in two different software packages with two different checkout sites ...
Maybe that comes from the other checkout site ...

That's not a Zen Cart confirmation email. It must be from the payment gateway instead.

For some reason you have your Zencart pages inside iframes. That often won't work with payment and shipping functions.
Ajeh,
What do you mean by "Maybe that comes from the other checkout site ...". What other checkout site?
So, this e-mail does not come from the shopping cart but from Aurhorize.net?
Does Zen cart send out a confirmation e-mail?
Steve,
The cart is in an iframe to fit into the overall website layout. I don't understand how that could affect the cart functionality.
Ed
Most payment and shipping estimator functions won't work properly within iframes for security reasons. It isn't a Zencart restriction, but rather the actions of the payment and shipping companies.
The best practice when using Zencart is to make it your whole site. That way you don't need to fiddle around trying to get stuff to work together.
