Mouse over Image Handler not working

I am using version 1.3.8a of Zen-Cart and for some reason I cannot get the mouse over image handler to work (I am talking about where it shows a zoom of the image). I have lightbox installed and image handler 2 so I am not sure if they are stomping on each other. Could someone possibly take a look at my site and see if anything jumps out? http://www.winchestergems.com

Just an FYI, I am not much of a programmer and I have tried my best to customize zencart, but I may have messed something up along the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry still no go. I tried mousing over the images on product listing and the item listings, but no luck. I thought maybe it was caching or something so I went to a machine that has never gone to the website and it didn't work there either.

I appreciate the assistance.

Those two have to be turned on. I'm using IH2 on the Holzheimer and Fan Odyssey sites in my sig. I see the zoom marker on the image, but it doesn't seem to work. It's possible Lightbox is interfering. I've never used that.
