Intermittently getting error saying zencart isn't installed?

I'm so over godaddy. I swear I'm switching services. First we had problems with my php mail not working randomly for order submittals and contact requests. Now I'm getting this message when trying to go to my admin folder randomly:

ERROR: admin/includes/configure.php file not found. Suggest running zc_install/index.php?

And the set up installation page when you try to go to the cart itself. My files are all still there, nothing has changed at all. First godaddy said it was my ISP directing me to a 'cached page' of my site that didn't have the cart set up yet. Since the problem seemed to just be me locally. Now it's clients and customers in other states.

Has anyone run across this??

So to update this, godaddy moved me to another server on the grid a week or so ago, and apparently something was hung up with the 'absolute hosting path' pointing it back to the old server, which of course, no longer housed my zencart files. So they fixed that, and it began working again fine.

BUT... now it's not working again. I'm getting the cached version of the page with the same errors. Called godaddy again, they're seeing it fine, I can see it fine with a proxy server, (megaproxy.com) but apparently (at least according to godaddy), somewhere along the line in my ISP, it's hitting a bad server and not pulling up the changes that we made this afternoon to the absolute hosting path, and is pulling up the old stuff.

I'll echo your opening sentiments: Why exactly are you continuing to use a hosting company that repeatedly demonstrates that it's incapable of properly running dynamic sites on a reliable basis? Esp their "grid" services.
