Adding extra html to define_page breaks admin

hi, i am working on www.test.sapphiredawn.co.uk. On the career opportunities page (page_7) i have added an extra contact form, however in admin i have a few problems. once added, the submit and reset buttons shows under the editable area, i can change the text first time by clicking the submit button, but when i go back to the page in admin and try to do any other changes, the save button has moved right over to the right hand side and does not work. can anyone help with this, screen shot attached? Or can you help to tell me how to add this form (all html) to this page without breaking it in admin?
