Shipping Estimator Acting Up When Quantity is More Than 1!

Hi, i am using the latest zen cart 1.39h version. I just discovered that my Shipping Estimator has been acting up. I am not sure whether it has always been this way or just recently. I happent o discover it as a customer was checking with me regarding postage costs for a quantity of 2 for a loose powder sample packs (15g each). Was planning to reply the customer on the shipping weight and thought that i would double confirm the shipping cost by checking with the Shipping Estimator, and then i discovered it is not working properly. I tried searching at the forum for a while but nothing (using keywords of 'estimator' 'quantity' 'zone' 'rate').

Okay, back to the problem, my link is here. If you choose quantity of 2 (or anything more than 1) the shipping cost to Singapore becomes zero.

It's even worse if you choose Thailand, it's RM4750!!!

Can someone please help me on this...

First, check your settings, you have too many colons:

etc. etc.
