I'm not entirely if I have posted in the right category for the forum; though my client wanted to ask for some feedback in their cart: http://selfhelpmagazine.com/selfhelpmagazine-shop/. They're saying they're missing something since they are not getting sales. Kindly not mind the designs not matching..

The link you provided does not land on a page where any product categories are displayed

You might want to look at the robots.txt file in the sites root because it states it is for w w w.s h p m .c o m
And it is blocking your zc store meta info and your zc meta info needs to be setup.

Also you are running two carts amazon and zen cart.
