Header and Footer

Hi all,


I couldn't find the answer to this so I ask my question here.
I want to have my own custom links in the bar that's below my store logo and not the one above and to delete that one then to be able to do something similar to the footer with the customer links, i hope this makes sense.

I have read the tutorials on adding your own links to the header and footer and I managed to add my link but now also have a broken link for a contact us link.
