Shipping Store Pickup

Is there a way to add radio buttons to the store pickup section. In other words I don't technically have a store. I do festivals and markets. So I would like people to be able to place an order and then check the store pick up and in that section be able to choose between 4 different markets with which they would like to pick up their order at.

Thanks! Did look on FAQ but not seeing anything like this any where.
