Changing the text of original template logo

Hi! My very first post...please be gentle:-)

I purchased a template from template monster. At the top of my homepage, I want to change the logo "footwear" to "fried green living". I like the original font and color...just want to change the text. Will I need to make another logo...or is there a way just to change text?

That is an image
So you will need to create a replacement image
It is located at
/includes/templates/theme354/images/logo.gif

I have done(to my limited zencart knowledge) the steps according to:

I am just at a loss of how to make this happen...and nothing in the zen cart book by goh koon hoek tells me how to change this.

I just want to change the gosh darn logo.

update:
I was able to make the original logo, "footwear", go away but now it defaults to the zen cart logo. Can't seem to make my logo show up.

What is the name of your logo image?
Where do you have it uploaded to?
