    help question Datafeed for Myshopping.com.au?

    Hi,

    I am new to this forum.

    My store is based in Australia and I need a data feed for myshopping.com.au along with getprice.com.au . I have tried just extracting it from the SQL database using MyPHP but the products_url is not what the site needs. It requires a product_url that you can complete the sale from.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Steve

    I took the Yahoo! feed and modified it to suit myshopping.com.au parameters. I would think it should be pretty easy to do the same to match getprice.com.au requirements.

    thanks frank18,
    is this an XML or CSV export.
    Are you using several shopping comparison sites? If you are which ones are working for you?
    I've only been using myshopping.com.au to date, for about 12 months now and that has been working very well and am now looking to expand to other shopping site, hence why I would love some feed back.

    Hi there
    This will depend on your merchant program. They will either want a csv file or a php file to run for themselves.
    If they want a php file than all you need to do is send them the URL eg http://your-doamin.com/shop/getprice.php.

    If they want a csv file then you need to out put the results of php file above to a file directly and then sen them a URL to that file. If you don't know how to write the result of the php file to a csv file then post again and I'll post the code for you.

    Greetings;

    Thanks for the reply, they rang me today and also sent me an email, basically there is a php file that you put in your zencart home directory and this will allow them to update daily. Apparently they just run the file....
