Keep Cart - Not Saving Carts / New User

Greetings Everyone! New Zen Cart user trying to install Keep Cart.

After installing the Keep Cart v1.3.8 addon carts are still not being saved. Since this is my first addon to install I am sure that I there is a very basic step that I have missed somewhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Saved and unzipped Keep Cart to my local hard drive.

Installed the SQL Patch through the Tools menu (Upload)

Configured:
Admin | Configurations | Sessions
Keep Visitors Cart: True
Days Before Cart Expires: 30
Keep Cart Secret Key: Changed to a random string of 15 numbers/letters

Uploaded the following:
config.savecart.php to: /public_html/includes/auto_loaders/
class.savecart.php to: /public_html/includes/classes/observers/

When carts were not being saved I uploaded to the zc_admin directory just in case this was where they were supposed to be plaed.

/public_html/zc_admin/includes/auto_loaders/
/public_html/zc_admin//classes/observers/

Version Info:
Zen Cart 1.3.9h
PHP Version 5.2.5
MySQL 5.0.91
PHP Safe Mode: Off

Keep Cart v1.3.8

FF 3.6.12 and IE8

Perhaps the problem is that I am running Zen Cart 1.3.9?

Hi,

Sorry for not seeing this thread earlier. It looks like you have installed the mod correctly, though you don't need to put the files in your zc_install directory.

The mod works with v1.3.9 so I don't think that is the issue.

Could you give a link to your website so I can see if the cookie is being set correctly?

Were you able to discern anything? I saw that someone set up a test customer shortly after my last reply and was hoping that it was you.
The cart was not saved.
