Copy Billing Not working for FEC

Everything else seems to work great, but for whatever reason, even when I have set the status as TRUE for Copy Billing, it's displaying both the Billing Information fields as well as the Shipping Information fields (Regardless if the Same Address for Shipping/Billing is ticked).

Seem like I'm missing one small part.

I recently uninstalled and re-installed the SQL information, while doing so, I got a Duplicate Entry error. I don't it has anything to do with this, but I'm not sure.

Any help is appreciated.

Figured it out: I needed to re-install the CSS loader.
