Any installed plugin doesnt seem to work due to the url

Any installed plugin doesnt seem to work due to the url not containing the ?zenAdmin url token of an admin

If I paste in the token at the end then page will load else it will redirect me to log back into the admin.

What is causing this error? Its making me pull out my hair!

Ive setup zen cart no problem, installed my theme done.

Now I wish to import products data.

I installed two plugins that can do this.


One was easy populate , both new and old versions have same issue.

Second was called Apsona both available via admin > tools >

The problem is that upon running either they goto the Admin logon screen ( redirect I think )

The second plugin url I noticed and pasted in but it didnt have the zenAdminID= part of the url simply http://silkso.com//manage/apsona_index.php

If I added the zenAdminID part of the url it loads http://silkso.com//manage/apsona_ind...7b6433457xxxxx

zen cart version h and latest version of both plugins, tied older version of easy populate also.

server is running correct mysql and php.

Im wondering if its a php setting or that my server security policy is slightly too strict?

Any ideas ?

You should not have the // in the URL - this may be an incorrect define in your admin/includes/configure.php.
It appears that you have just posted your changed admin foldername - if so, change it again immediately.
