Can't upload anything with EP 1.2.5.4

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.9 and Easy Populate 1.2.5.4. I can not split a file, or upload a file. It will allow me to download a file or create a file in the temp folder.

I keep getting a blank screen when I try to upload of split files. I tried using txt and csv files. I tried to upload only 1 product. Always a blank screen. No errors. No idea what is going on.

I upgraded to 1.2.5.7 because that is what I use on Zen Cart with Wamp Server. The same file would upload on Wamp but not on the live site. The file is only 3kb.
