Information pushed to one side

This may seem remedial, but I can't seem to adjust the info to center.

When 'checking out' the info is pushed to the right and often parts are cut off.

I have tried a number of things, but unable to find the right stylesheet.

here is link to a screen shot of the problem, in this image there is nothing cut-off but if a customer uses a discount coupon it is cut off as the text goes behind the right hand sideboxes.

Turned out there was a missing px in the layout settings that was causing this problem.

In case anyone else has a similiar issue.
