Open secure payment page in a new browser?

Hi I have my shopping cart up and ready, is it prossible to make it so that when you go to the payment page it opens in a new window? I have my cart displaying in an iframe of another site but when you go to the checkout the ssl icons don't appear. I would like the checkout page where where you enter the card details (which is an https page) to open by itself in a new window so that the security is still in place.

Does that makes sense??

Get rid of the iframe - - as this breaks the security/session functions

OK, it actually isn't an iframe, I have perhaps mislead you a little. The cart is running in a module in Joomla, the rest of the site has animations and banners running, so rather than rebuild the site in Zen I have built a module which displays the cart. So really all I need to do is to get the payment page to open in its own window so that the https works.

I see, how difficult is it to redesign the Zen Cart template to make it look as close as possible to my original design, is the template just a couple iof files or are there dozens of small files? if I can get it close I could just put a link in my old site to 'shop' then display the whole cart in its own window,

We'd have to see your site to advise. Styling Zencart is somewhat more complicated than Joomla, but not that bad once you grasp the concept of override folders and custom templates.

No way I'm aware of, and I'm not sure that would accomplish your goal anyway. Payment processors tend to be wary of stuff that seems to be coming from other than the referring site. That's one reason you can't run Zencart in a frame.

How are you using Zencart with Joomla - in a wrapper ?
