old CyberSource module?

does anyone have or have access to the old unsupported CyberSource module v1.04. All links for download are now gone or not working. I have a friend who needs this on his zen cart for automated payment of the credit cards.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Results from formal testing of CyberSource Payment Module v1.04 with ZC v1.3.9 and later have not been published as of December 03, 2010.
The last published version of the CyberSource Payment Module in version 1.04 has proven capable of supporting a live ZC v1.3.8 store.

DrByte of the ZC Development Team has indicated that ZC v1.3.9 is making use of the $messageStack feature to pass error messages between the host server and the client desktop. Prior to ZC v1.3.9, error messages were passed using the client URL:

This change could mean that some of the error messages originating from the CyberSource server will never be displayed or incorrectly displayed.
