'add to cart' button, index.php?main_page=product_info&action=buy_now&products_id=100, in new products for december list, when the button is clicked, it says "Sorry, the product was not found.". however, in shopping cart, the product is added in.
when going to the product_info page from sidebox category, the product_info is displayed.
how to fix the issue?! any advice is appreciated.
