Disable payment options

I want to disable payment options for a few items on my site. Basically the customer pays when they receive the item.
How do I do this for only a few of the products on my site? They can select check/money order I know But I want to delete this option together qith the Paypal option I currently have.

The only real option, unless you intend to pay a programmer, is to make them free or .01 and then they can checkout.

This post describes how to switch off a payment method using a test.

You need to change the test so it looks for a certain product id in the cart.
