Hello Zencart Forum, Can anyone please assist me with a problem that has occurred recently. I am using unfortunately an old version of Zencart (1.3.8a in fact) and a customer has informed me today that she tried to purchase something from my site but when she gets to the checkout there's a message stating that there is 'No shipping available to the selected country' despite the fact that she is in England where I have my website.?? Any idea why this is happening..??


- in the zones I had entered Britain as UK and I am told that it should in fact be GB which I have now altered. However this doe not explain why the problem has only just begun, particularly as I have had UK inserted for many many months.. Anyway, I will hope that this alteration has now cured my problem but thank you again to everyone who answered my plea. Mery Christmas to you all..
