    Default New problem

    Hello Zencart Forum, Can anyone please assist me with a problem that has occurred recently. I am using unfortunately an old version of Zencart (1.3.8a in fact) and a customer has informed me today that she tried to purchase something from my site but when she gets to the checkout there's a message stating that there is 'No shipping available to the selected country' despite the fact that she is in England where I have my website.?? Any idea why this is happening..??

    It's possible that her ISP or internet connection at the time routes/routed through an outside IP address. I've have had the same issue in the states when a user in Maryland had an ISP (like AOL) that routes traffic through Virginia.

    Thanks for your reply.. I'm not sure that it's the same problem as I tried myself to place an order on the site with the same results. Appreciate your input though..

    What shipping module(s) are installed?

    What Zones Definition are set on the shipping module(s)?

    What are the DETAILS on the Zone Definitions?

    Hi there, only the standard shipping module is active. I may now have found the cause of the problem though - in the zones I had entered Britain as UK and I am told that it should in fact be GB which I have now altered. However this doe not explain why the problem has only just begun, particularly as I have had UK inserted for many many months.. Anyway, I will hope that this alteration has now cured my problem but thank you again to everyone who answered my plea. Mery Christmas to you all..
