Newsletter problem url + images not showing

I'm having a problem with my newsletter, when i send a newsletter (by copy and paste new products from my store)
when i check my newsletter once sent, i have no images and the links are not the good one cuz my store is located on mydomain.com/shop/productid# and the url on the newsletter are mydomain.com/productid#


I did a test with copy and paste the same products to incredimail and
the images and links are ok..

I did upgraded my store with zencart 1.3.9h, and i have Image handler 2 installed and some other mods...

Never had this problem before

Check your configure files in admin/includes and includes/ to see that your path is correct.

in includes configures? i didn't changed anything on admin/includes and includes except the admin area wich is different since the last update to 1.3.9h
also i've installed the private area....

the path has been changed to the proper one but still got the same problem, really weird cuz when i copy an dpast the same code to incredimail the image and url are ok but when i past the smae code to the admin/newsletter of my shop i have no image and not the good url...
