Attribute Values do not Show In Invoice/Packing/Order Displays

I just upgraded to 1.9H and everything seemed okay. However, when I vew customer orders the atribute values picked do not display. The attribute displays but the values the customer picked do not.

Here is a snapshot from the invoice. It happens on everything in the orders module. The Order confiormation that is sent does list the attribute values.

Any Help would be appreciated

I also just noticed that the Customers Name and Address does not show up either.

Sounds like you missed something in your upgrade
