Incentive to encourage upsells to get free shipping?

Hi All,

I was wondering if any of the add-ons performed the following function:

1. Customer adds item to cart for $19.95 from my site
2. Customer gets message saying "If you buy $30.05 more of products you'll get free shipping!" (I offer free shipping over $50.00 in value)

I've had a look through the addons but I can't see any that really do this. If there is one that does this, or can be adapted to do this, I'd really like to know about it, thanks people!
