Fedex Rates

I have seen multiple threads talking about incorrect Fedex rates. How are people dealing with this? My Fedex home delivery rates are coming up about 20% less than list rates, but this changes. The heavier the package the more the rate is off. I can try to fake it by bumping up the shipping by a percentage, but I am worried this may be off for other zip codes. Has any figured a way to work around this?

Hey your post got me searching today about fedex. It seems that fedex is going to do away with that module in June of 2011. I did find a module that replaces it here. Good Luck!
