FCKeditor has disappeared !!!!

Need help have looked through FCK issues but cannot see this one.

Just loaded FCK latest version on to my ZC - xx.38 after changing to FCK in admin/config/myshop from HTML editor I go to add or edit and the editor has disappeared, if i check back to HTML editor it re-appears as HTML editor.
I change because I wanted to animate some of the shop pages like:

This is the only one that I can get to work: the rest do not move?

I have also added a new template, before the alt I could load the html i wanted and it would work. I thought by upgrading the editor it would solve the issue.

Have I missed something on the upload?

Firstly can I apologise to Cobra, ignorance is no excuse.

I have just loaded FCKeditor 2.6.4.1 on to my Zencart and when I change the settings in configure/mystore the editor does not show on any of the product editing or creating pages.

Currently running the following:

Zencart v1.3.9d
Template theme 308
server Vodahost linux op sys
php 5.2.14
sql 5.0.91 community

I have changed the theme back to contempory but it does exactly the same just leaves a blank space where the editor should be.
I have been running this zencart update for the last6-8 months.

I have followed the install procedure for the FCKeditor any ideas on the issue.
