    Default Errors Processing Blu Pay orders

    I am on a Windows Server operating 1.3.9 and have been experiencing intermittent dropped connections during the check out sequence. Usually, there is no record of the customer's order in the orders table, but a charge for the order has gone through and Blu Pay has charged the customers card and sent him a receipt. The only thing I have been able to find out is this exchange I have had with my ISP...(hosting.com)


    Zencart has debugging logs which are stored here: redacted


    I am able to see a few timeout errors that are being logged, though we can not be sure that this is linked to the issue you are seeing. The errors today are noted below:

    [07-Dec-2010 10:17:00] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in E:\Websites\http://www.maplesyrupvermont.com\zen...TFc\orders.php on line 311

    [07-Dec-2010 14:56:06] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in E:\Websites\http://www.maplesyrupvermont.com\zen...fo_display.php on line 76

    I have raised the max execution time from 30 to 90 seconds. We should be able to rule this out if the errors clear but your issue persists. Please let us know if you see anything additional in the Zencart debug log over the next day or so, as this could also help narrow down the problem.

    If you look around these forums there are many posts relating to "Time Out" errors and 1.3.9+ installs - but in each case the answer seems to be that an add-on (such as a payment module) needs to be updated to work with 1.3.9.

    The problem does not lie with 1.3.9+ itself.
