Shipping Method Text

Hi all, nearly there now, afew bits and bobs to tie up then im ready to launch.

I am using the table rate shipping module, one that came built in, and want to change the text displayed during checkout.

Currently it says:
Table Rate.
Best way.

I dont like the look of it, the amounts i have plugged in are correct but i need to change the text so it just says something like:

Shipping & Handling:
Flat (or Standard) Rate.

I have uploaded an image to this topic so you can see what i mean.
