need help exporting the shopping cart amount

hello i am using the new version of zen cart as a back ground shopping cart for my site, and i was wondering how do I remove the shopping cart amount and the amount of products, and place them on a page that is not related to zen cart, If you would like any more details please let me know and i will explain as much i can.
