need help with upgrade... 1.3.9f to 1.3.9h

I am upgrading from 1.3.9f to 1.3.9h, and when I clicked on the link that said "click here to download new version" this new forum thing popped up.

i read the note that says, "NOTE:
If you're upgrading from v1.3.9a or b or c or d or e or f, you can simply update the files listed in EACH OF the various "Changelog for v1.3.9b" and "c" and "d" and "e" and "f" and "g" in the /docs/ folder of the download zip.
(There are no database changes between v1.3.9a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h.)
(there's no need to remove/re-install payment modules between "d" and "e" and "f" and "g" and "h")"

can someone please explain to me how to do this? I'm really new to this. thanks!

The change logs for version g and h list the files that have changed. Take those files from a download of 139h and use them to replace the equivalent file on your site.

I need to go from g to h - as you do- I thought I was going thru a senior moment or something why I could only find the full version on the sourceforge site.

There should be only the files need for each step so we do not have to go thru a fresh install for that final jump.

OK so maybe I am not so bunky!!

Found it -

go to full version release - doc folder and the folders you need for the version you are upgrading to. - as you said the change logs for each version is there.
