I have added the Option Name and then go to Option Values. I pick my name and put in a value. When I press Insert, I'm getting this message:

1062 Duplicate entry '1-1' for key 1
in:
[insert into zen_products_options_values (products_options_values_id, language_id, products_options_values_name, products_options_values_sort_order) values ('1', '1', 'Basic Trust', '0')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. The value is called "Basic Trust".
