padding on sideboxes

I would like to have a 5px padding on the categories listing just like i did for the information listing in the sidebox. But i can't find how to do this for the categories listing.

Next to this i would like to bring the listing closer to the red colored title of the box, any idea how to do this?

Adjust your padding

that doesn't work, this one is for the padding of the title to the red line, i want to have the listing under the title closer to the title....

It looks as though these are all settings that you have at one time changes/added

no actually it isn't something a did change before, but once again thanks for your help
