Adjust your padding

.leftBoxHeading, .rightBoxHeading, .singleBoxHeading{ margin: 0; padding: 5px 4px; text-align: left; }

that doesn't work, this one is for the padding of the title to the red line, i want to have the listing under the title closer to the title....

It looks as though these are all settings that you have at one time changes/added

.sideBoxContent{ padding: 5px; color: #666666; font-size: 12px; }
