ipn main handler???

What exactly is happening when on my Who's Online it shows the customer at:
ipn main handler.php?type=ec

I thought that was when they were sent off to PayPal for payment.

Several times in the last few days Who's Online has show customers going there and then.......nothing.

I have had other orders go through just fine using PayPal so I just want to make sure I don't have a glitch somewhere and am losing sales due to it.

First you should change from IPN to express

Enable in the module settings logging(only for a time) and this should indicate if there is an issue communicating with PP

The only three payment modules I have active are Paypal Express, Google Checkout, and check/money order.
