allow customers to upload an image?

Does anyone know how to include a feature in zencart (1.3.9h) that would allow customers to upload an image as part of their checkout? It would be really helpful if there was a template out there with a similar feature.

I testing upload on my shop end in admin panel I don't get eny message when costumer upload picture!

Where to look to see thet?

Can I make in produc type, thet have attribyte for upload end put enter buton or costumer mast on anather way to upload?

On the Order in the Admin you would see the Attribute and it would read something like:
- Logo Back: 7. color_yellow.gif

Logo Back is the Option Name ...

7 is the file name for 7.gif which will be in the directory:
/images/7.gif

That is the renamed upload file the customer sent that was originally called:
color_yellow.gif
