Left sidebox's category picture are the same

Hi,

My zen-cart site works great.

I have several categories, each having a different picture.



But when I go to my homepage, all of the picture are the same?!


If I surf to a specific category - all os good, but when I return to the home page all of the left categories sidebox pictures are the same.
