moving zen cart to a new server, need help

I want to move my zen cart to a new server (bluehost) because my site is running slow with the old hosting company (network solutions). I am reading from https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=100
, following the instruction but I come across the 1st question i have.
on step 2, it says " Go to your NEW host and upload (FTP) a fresh NEW install using the same version files that you built your other site on.... this will make sure that you get the proper settings in your configure.php files..." my question, a "fresh NEW install" zen cart means the zen cart from my old server that i downloaded or a brand new untouched zen cart? (a friend of mine told me it's the 1st one but i still think it's the 2nd one).

another question I have is step 2, a - install.
my domain name is not yet transfered to the new server. How do I install the zen cart without a domain name?

What that means is that if your old site is Zen-Cart version 1.3.8a, then you should install a fresh "untouched" 1.3.8a version on your new host. Then, once you have everything else done and your site up and running, you should upgrade, following that process.

When you signed up with BlueHost, they gave you a temporary url using an ip address.........use that to set your site up until your name servers propagates.

yes, I asked them about it yesterday, the reply i got was "I can help you with FTP upload but I wont' able to help you with moving the zen cart"....

step2, a. Install (when asked about the database-table-prefix during Database-Setup, use the same prefix that your old store uses. You'll find that in the DB_PREFIX setting of your old store's configure.php file.).... i download my zen cart from the old hosting, where can I find the "configure.php file"??

The file is located at includes/configure.php

Your database prefix will be indicated within line #51:

define('DB_PREFIX', 'your prefix');

Use that prefix when installing a new Zen Cart via Simple Script when asked under advanced setting.

So you're moving to BlueHost/Host Monster? You think speed will improve? Blue Host/Host Monster = same company.

I'm not sure if that doesn't violate their agreement as Zen Cart Certified Hosts. All other Certified Hosts provide either a Free Install OR Transfer of an existing site.

I am almost done with moving my zen cart to the new server. but i came across the last problem.
the last step: Simply upload the file to your NEW Zen Cart folder and open fix_cache_key.php in your browser.

i did it, uploaded fix_cache_key.php, open it in my browser but i got a blank page. why???
